Description

Das ausgeschriebene Produkt richtet sich an i.d.R. über 25jährige erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte mit Wohnsitz im Kreisgebiet Lippe. Bei den Leistungsberechtigten handelt es sich i.d.R. um arbeitslose oder geringfügig Beschäftigte Bestandskunden des Jobcenters, die bislang noch nicht dauerhaft integriert werden konnten und unterschiedliche Handlungsbedarfe aufweisen. Sie sollen durch Einzelcoaching gefördert werden. Die individuelle Förderdauer beträgt bedarfsorientiert pro Teilnehmer zwischen 3 und 6 Monate (Regelfall 6 Monate). 75 Teilnehmerplätze zur überwiegend aufsuchenden Beratung (mit je 15 Plätzen für die Jobcenter-Teams an den Standorten Detmold, Bad Salzuflen, Lage, Lemgo und Blomberg) zur roulierenden Besetzung.
