Description

The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, which is a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF produced in the process of mechanical and manual treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and residues from the sorting of waste collected separately in the Municipal Installation Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze.

Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert, które nie zostały odrzucone, na podstawie następujących kryteriów oceny ofert: 1 Cena (PC) 100 % Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert przyznając punkty w ramach poszczególnych kryteriów oceny ofert, przyjmując zasadę, że 1% = 1 punkt. 2. Punkty za kryterium „Cena” - (PC) zostaną obliczone według wzoru: PC = Cn/Cb x 100 pkt gdzie, PC - ilość punktów za kryterium cena, Cn - najniższa cena ofertowa spośród ofert nieodrzuconych, Cb – cena oferty badanej. W kryterium „Cena”, oferta z najniższą ceną otrzyma 100 punktów a pozostałe oferty po matematycznym przeliczeniu w odniesieniu do najniższej ceny odpowiednio mniej. Końcowy wynik powyższego działania zostanie zaokrąglony do dwóch miejsc po przecinku. 3. Za najkorzystniejszą ofertę zostanie uznana oferta, która otrzyma największą ilość punktów (PO) obliczoną na podstawie wzoru: Przyznana ilość punktów = PO = PC gdzie: PO- łączna ilość punktów oferty ocenianej, PC- liczba punktów uzyskanych w kryterium „Cena”,
