Description

This is an admission procedure, which in itself is not subject to the procurement regulations (further comments on this can be found under section VI.3) of this notice). All interested companies are offered to conclude a contract at any time until 30 September 2026, provided that they submit offers in due form, on time and in compliance with the requirements. The procedure may be terminated at any time before the expiry of the above-mentioned period, in particular if sufficient learning companions have been found. Tenders received before the end of the procedure will still be considered. The Institute for Work and Health (IAG) is located in the Prevention Division of the DGUV. It is the central educational institution of the DGUV for all areas of prevention. In the qualification department of the IAG, educational concepts for prevention specialists, occupational health and safety specialists, trainers, company doctors, company doctors and company medical assistants as well as international seminars are developed and implemented in training measures. These educational concepts also include the training course for occupational safety specialists (Sifa), which is offered on behalf of accident insurance institutions and for the free market on its own behalf. The successful completion of the training course is one of the ordering requirements for occupational safety specialists in the company. For the implementation of the training courses for occupational safety specialists, up to 18 learning assistants are sought within the framework of the present call for tenders for the years 2023 to 2026. 22 learning facilitators have already been committed in the framework of the previous open procurement procedure. Should already contractually bound learning companions fail in the advertised period, the client reserves the right to bind further learning companions in addition to this in order to compensate for the failure. Tenders must be submitted via the communication section (= "Communication" tab) of the DTVP as an attachment to a message.
