Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The amounts indicated are the maximum amounts and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out renovation works or the creation, with or without trench opening, of sewerage networks, drinking water networks, various networks and their ancillary works on the territory of SIARCE. This framework agreement must make it possible to optimise the performance of so-called recurrent works up to a limit of EUR 400 000.00 excluding VAT per order form, while reducing costs and procedural delays.
