Description

The object of the procurement involves the provision of site management/Supervision services both as regards the activities relating to the execution of works on DJ 156A lim. Bacău county – Tazlău- Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni, km 21+700-64+140 (L=42,440 km) and the activities relating to the execution of works on DJ 208G Hannu Ancutei – Girov, km 30 + 238 – 57+253 (L=27,015 km), as well as activities relating to the relocation of utilities, the appointed supervisor being fully responsible for the provision of site management/supervision services for the execution of works on both previously mentioned county roads, as well as activities relating to the relocation of utilities. NOTE: a) The deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation as referred to in Section I.3 - 22 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law No 98/2016. b) To the extent that requests for clarifications have been sent within the deadline specified in the documentation, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161(1) of Law No 98/2016. In case of requests for clarifications after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to reply.
