The subject-matter of the contract is: - continuous delivery of reagents, validated diagnostics, all consumables, control material and operational solutions (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") needed to materially provide biochemical and immunochemical examinations in the area of the below defined spectrum of examinations specified in this tender documentation to the required extent and structure according to the current needs of the contracting authority; - free loan of 2 pcs of identical integrated biochemical + immunochemical analyzers (1x main, 1x backup), including accessories and SW with provision of training in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, full service incl. safety technical inspections according to the manufacturer's instructions ev. validations and possible upgrades, all throughout the performance of the subject of the public contract - delivery of control SW (middleware) and connection of analyzers to the LIMS Stapro Open LIMS laboratory information system; all this for a period of 72 months and to the extent and in accordance with the specifications.
