Description

New construction of FOS-BOS in Krumbach In urban location in Krumbach, directly on the Lichtensteinstraße and the Kammel, the construction of the specialist and vocational upper school (FOS-BOS) Krumbach is created. The school building is designed as a three-storey compact building without a basement around a central hall/rest hall. All class and classrooms are located in the upper floors.
The administrative rooms and all storage and supply areas are located on the ground floor.
The gross volume is approximately 19500 cbm and the gross floor area is approximately 4 410 m².
The building is designed for solid construction in reinforced concrete with full ventilation and floor heating. A photovoltaic system is installed on the flat flat roof with external drainage and a heat exchanger is planned for primary heating in the main waste water collector of the city of Krumbach. The façade will be combined as a back-ventilated brick-ceramic with wooden-Alu window elements.
