Description

This public contract concerns the work of the Health and Safety Coordinator in connection with sanitation works, rainwater, heat networks, dyke rehabilitation, roads, various networks, works of art and buildings on the territory of Troyes Champagne Métropole. Pursuant to Articles L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is awarded as follows: -Lot 1: Sanitation, rainwater, heat networks and dyke rehabilitation; -Lot 2: Various roads and networks and works of art; -Lot 3: Building. This consultation concerns only Lots 1 and 2. Lot 3 will be subject to further consultation. Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may submit a tender for all the lots concerned by this consultation. The two lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. For each lot, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, the consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with order forms. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of: -€300 000 excluding VAT over the period of validity of the contract for Lot 1 -€200 000 excluding VAT over the period of validity of the contract for Lot 2. For each lot, the contract shall be valid for four years from the date on which it is notified to the contractor.
