Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide cleaning and maintenance services for the premises of the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de la Haute-Corse. The services concern the following sites: Headquarters of the CPAM of Haute-Corse – 5 avenue Jean Zuccarelli – 20406 Bastia; Health Examination Centre – 4 rue François Vittori – 20600 Bastia; Service platform (PFS) – 6 rue du Pont Vieux – 20250 Corte; Reception antenna – 7 rue du Colonel Feracci – 20250 Corte; Reception antenna – Centre administratif Jean Simi – 20220 L’Île-Rousse; Reception antenna – Lieudit Stagnale – 20270 Aléria. The services include routine cleaning of offices, reception areas, common areas and administrative premises, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the consultation documents. The contract shall be awarded and executed at unit and/or flat-rate prices. It shall be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its notification, renewable twice for a maximum total period of 36 months.
