За обособена позиция 5 – „Високопроизводителни копирни машини“1. Участникът да е изпълнил през последните 3 /три/ години, считано от крайния срок за подаване на офертите, не по-малко от 3 /три/ услуги сходни с предмета на поръчката. Под „услуги, сходни с предмета на поръчката” се разбират – услуги по извънгаранционна поддръжка на техника2. Участникът следва да е сервизен партньор на производителя на посочената от ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ в обособената позиция техника в техничските спецификации3. Участниците следва да са имат въведена система за управление на качеството съгласно стандарт ISO 9001:2008 или еквивалент4. Участниците трябва да разполагат с поне 1 /един/ сервизен център под негов административен контрол покриващи територията на мястото на изпълнение – град София;5. Участникът следва да разполага със сертифицирани специалисти за извършване на дейностите по поддръжка на техниката със съответните умения за осъществяване на поддръжката. Участникът следва да посочи екип от специалисти, включващ минимум /2/ два специалиста за поддръжка на посочената техника в техническите спецификации за обособената позиция;6. Участникът да има функционираща Help-desk система или еквивалент, осигуряваща регистрация и приоритизиране на всички възникнали сервизни събития.
Description

‘After-sales service and technical service at the Registry Agency’, namely: provide maintenance of equipment to the Registry Agency. The technique is divided into four groups and the contract is divided into the following 4 lots:
1. Lot 1: ‘Desktop and notebook computers, monitors, peripheral equipment, UPS’
2. Lot 2: “Servers, data storage sets and archiving devices”
3. Lot 3: “Active and passive network equipment”
4. Lot 4: ‘After-sales service of 2 RexRotary copiers installed at the Central Office of the Registry Agency’.
