The supply contract was duly fulfilled by the Contractor, thus delivering and receiving 26 pieces of 16+1 seats electric minibuses. The contracting authority initiated the necessary steps for the approval by the financier of the extension of the duration of the financing contract until 30.09.2025 and the additional purchase of 4 (four) pieces of 16+1 electric minibus seats for the beneficiary communes: Fundu Moldovei, Zamostea, Iacobeni and Mălini. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, signed with extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting authority, i.e. the number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The replies to the requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications sent by economic operators on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders, and the replies of the contracting authority will be published in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature.
