Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting authority, namely the number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. Replies to requests for clarifications concerning the tender documentation will be published in SEAP under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice.
