Description

This open invitation to tender concerns supplies and services necessary for the operation of thermal installations belonging to the municipality of Boulazac Isle Manoire. The basic contract of the PFI type (services – flat-rate – profit-sharing) comprises services P2, P3:
— provision of services (P2) with energy management and profit-sharing clauses: operation, operation, maintenance, standby, preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations described in the CCTP,
wholesale maintenance and renewal, with transparent management, of the installations covered by this contract (P3),
— carrying out P3 works to ensure compliance and improvement of the installations, which are the subject of this contract (TVX).
