Description

Linköpings kommun bjuder härmed in anbudsgivare att lämna anbud i offentlig upphandling av ett Ramavtal med en (1) leverantör avseende leverans av hårvårds-, makeup-, barberar- och stylingprodukter till Frisör- och stylistprogrammet vid Anders Ljungstedts gymnasium i Linköpings kommun. Takvärdet för hela Avtalets giltighetstid uppgår till 2 600 000 svenska kronor (SEK), exklusive mervärdesskatt. Upphandlingen är inte indelad i olika anbudsområden. En uppdelning av avtalet görs inte eftersom det bedöms att en samordning av volymer leder till lägre priser och minskade transaktionskostnader. Ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv anses det även vara fördelaktigt att samla upphandlingen hos en och samma leverantör.
