(b) on-going control of the correctness of operation of the controller (comparison of current phase times with sometimes programmed phases),
(C) inspection and cleaning of the controller at least quarterly.
(D) on-going control of the correct functioning and maintenance in efficiency of the intersection detection system (pedestrian buttons, inductive loops, video-detection cameras, detectors on tram traction network),
(e) the day-to-day monitoring of the proper functioning and ongoing regulation of the coordination of traffic lights on the street of Katowicka (wireless coordination of 5 traffic lights) and other coordinated traffic signals in the city,
(F) the day-to-day inspection and replacement of all unserviceable light sources (normal, halogen and LED lamps), the time of replacement of light sources from the moment when the malfunction was made known – for masts up to 2 hours; for booms – 1 day,
(g) replacing, at the Contractor’s expense, all traffic light elements damaged or destroyed as a result of vandalism, theft and road accidents (except in cases where the Contracting Authority receives compensation from the offender’s CB policy),
(H) the production of photographic documentation of all damaged or destroyed as a result of vandalism, theft and road accidents – light-signalling elements and the execution of photographic documentation after repair,
(I) ensuring road safety and proper marking of the site of the works during the removal of signalling failures,
(J) cleaning the control equipment and repairing its components and components up to PLN 8 000,00,
(K) daily clock adjustment (needs),
(L) testing of protective earth or working earth evidenced by a control protocol – at least once a year (or if necessary);
(m) changing switching times for programmes according to the needs and indications of the procurer (e.g. changing time to summer and winter time, signal switch during mass events or road works),
(N) introducing changes to signalling programmes in accordance with the instructions of the contracting authority (up to 10 per year – including the development of software and the activation of the controller, the SNS/ASR Data Remote Control and Collection System and the ViewIt monitoring system for models in Chorzów, i.e. SSU, ASR, Crossmaster),
(o) maintain the SNS/ASR system and the ViewIt system in full efficiency with a view to ensuring communication between the premises of the Contracting Authority and the facilities covered by the systems in question.
(p) washing of lights and their components, contrast screens (at least 2 times a year or each time at the request of the Contracting Authority), cameras and pedestrian buttons (at least quarterly or on each request by the Contracting Authority),
(Q) cleaning of masts, booms and control cabinets (e.g. notice leaflets, graffiti) on an ongoing basis or for each order of the Contracting Authority,
(R) maintenance in the information efficiency of road radar panels built in the area of Chorzowa – 5 units,
(s) maintaining the speed displays in the twagu ul. Katowicka – 6,

(v) maintaining a 24/7 duty telephone accessible to the Contracting Authority, the Police, the Fire Service and the Urban Guard,
(W) maintaining a 24/7 technical emergency service capable of taking action for the removal of signal failures within 1 hour of notification.
