Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego urządzenia symulacji lotu samolotów Diamond DA-40/42 klasy FNPT II.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 3 do SIWZ pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”.
Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SIWZ.
