Description

Subject-matter of these supplies: The framework agreement must start on 01/09/2025 (target date) and will run over a period of 4 years (2 years fixed, renewable twice for one year). It concerns the supply of various chemicals used at water-link production sites, both for drinking water and industrial water production. This is mainly about products full bulk truck (> 20 tons) and exceptionally also about partial deliveries (2 delivery locations for 1 full bulk truck). Deliveries must be made DDP at industrial sites Induss I, IIa and the drinking water productions ā€˜southern productionā€™ and ā€˜northern productionā€™. The deliveries of bulk products always take place in the presence of a staff member of water-link. Since the consumption of chemicals will depend both on the raw water quality used and on the consumption profile of our customers, we only provide probable quantities, which are based on several years of data to the best of our ability. These may still change in the tender dossier and during the cooperation. The planned quantities may be increased or reduced, without any possibility of claiming compensation from the tenderer and without this giving rise to a right on the part of the tenderer to change the terms of the framework agreement to be concluded. The delivery locations are: ā€¢ Induss I: Kruisschansweg, Antwerp ā€¢ Induss IIa: Pleitstraat, Ghent ā€¢ Noorderproductie: Oudstrijderstraat 199, Oelegem ā€¢ Zuiderproductie: Mechelsesteenweg 111, Rumst These deliveries will be divided into 4 separate parcels. Tenderers are free to choose the lots for which they wish to tender. The documents relating to the selection criteria must only be submitted for the lots for which the tender is submitted. Multiple lots can be allocated to the same supplier. ā€¢ Lot 1: Hydrochloric acid ā€¢ Lot 2: Sodium hydroxide ā€¢ Lot 3: sodium hypochlorite ā€¢ Lot 4: Sulfuric acid All the estimated annual volumes listed below relate to ā€˜liquid metric tonnesā€™ or weight of product supplied. VH = probable annual quantities. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
