Description

The AZM, also known as Maastricht UMC +, intends to tender for the supply of printing. To this end, the contracting authority seeks to conclude a framework agreement with one economic operator per lot for a period of 2 years with the option of extending two (2) times one (1) years.
The invitation to tender is carried out in accordance with the open procedure (the open procedure is a procurement procedure with only 1 round, which any economic operator may submit a tender) in accordance with the European Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU and the resulting ‘Aanbestedingswet 2012’ of 1.7.2016.
The award shall be based on the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio.
