Description

This contract concerns cleaning services for Community buildings and cleaning of glazing as follows: - Cleaning of the premises and cleaning of the glazing (site of the Hôtel de Communauté, the Multi-accueil communautaire "La Maison des Doudous" and the Relais Assistants Maternels communautaire "La Luciole", the guard post, marquee and sanitary bungalow Place des Possibles Parc du blast furnace U4, the Centre Technique Environnement, the rugby clubhouse and dry toilets of the stadium, the waste disposal facilities of Florange, Hayange and Algrange, the swimming pools of Florange, Serémange-Erzange and FERALIA aquatic centre); - cleaning of the glazing (FERALIA aquatic centre and Serémange-Erzange swimming pool); - Cleaning of premises at the request of the buyer in community buildings. The amount of orders for the initial framework agreement and each renewal is limited to EUR 250 000 excluding VAT per year, i.e. EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT for the overall duration of the framework agreement (maximum 4 years).
