Description

Auf dem Schulcampus Tuttlingen werden an den Gebäuden der beiden städtischen Gymnasien Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium (IKG) und Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium (OHG) bautechnische Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Beide Gymnasien werden jeweils als 4-zügige gymnasiale Standorte saniert, umgestaltet und erweitert, sodass das ursprünglich 3-zügige OHG um einen Erweiterungsbau mit Fachklassen ergänzt wird, um den zusätzlichen Bedarf zu decken. Zudem werden die Freianlagen im betroffenen Baufeld i.V.m. mit einer Campusneugestaltung arrondiert.
Die Maßnahmen im Projekt beinhalten unter anderem eine umfassende Betonsanierung, eine Erdbebenertüchtigung, die Erneuerung der Haustechnik und der Fassaden sowie eine energetische Aufwertung auf KfW 55-Standard. Weiterhin wird ein neues Brandschutzkonzept aufgrund Clusterbildung integriert.
Der Umbau findet unter laufendem Betrieb in drei Bauabschnitten statt, sodass eine abschnittsweise Auslagerung der Klassen in Interimscontainern notwendig wird.
