The products that are the subject of this procedure belong to the category of products that are the basis for ensuring the treatment of patients, and in their absence increases the vital risk. The present procedure will purchase medicinal products in the form of presentation and the quantities required by the specifications. In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority shall set a deadline within which it will respond clearly and completely to the tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information as follows: - number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; .
