Description

The subject of the procurement is insurance of immovable and movable property and liability insurance from activities, accident insurance (accident), accident insurance of drivers and passengers, motor vehicle liability insurance and motor vehicle casco insurance on the basis of a framework agreement, in accordance with the Technical Specification of Services set out in Annex I and forming an integral part of this Procurement Document. The subject of the procurement is insurance services for a period of up to 3 (three) years. The provision of insurance services begins with the conclusion of an insurance contract for which insurance policies are issued for a period of one year immediately after the conclusion of the framework agreement. The insurance services which are the subject of this procurement include: 1. Asset insurance: – Petroleum and petroleum products insurance – Insurance of other property than motor vehicles 2 – Liability insurance from activities – (non-contractual) public (general) liability insurance against third parties – Liability insurance against own employees 3 – accident insurance – Combined collective accident (accident) insurance for employees – accident insurance for drivers and passengers 4 – motor vehicle insurance: – compulsory third-party liability insurance for owners or users of motor vehicles – casco insurance of self-propelled motor vehicles. The detailed description of the services is set out in the Technical Specification set out in Annex I and forms an integral part of this Tender documentation.
