Description

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V on finished medicinal products containing the active substance rivaroxaban (ATC: B01AF01 – in the active strength 2.5 mg per divided oral dosage form) as part of a so-called “open-house-model”. Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V on the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the respective contract at the mentioned contact address. The prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company completes and signs the requested participation documents.
