Description

Projektet avser ombyggnation och anpassning av lokaler för vård- och mottagningsverksamhet för Ätstörningscentrum för barn. Entreprenaden genomförs som utförandeentreprenad och omfattar cirka 3 900 m² BRA. Ombyggnationen omfattar, utöver invändiga anpassningar, även byte av fasad, fönster och tak. Upphandlingen kommer att genomföras som ett selektivt förfarande. I steg 1 sker intresseanmälan och inlämning av uppgifter för prekvalificering, såsom omsättning, kreditvärdighet samt undertecknat sekretessavtal med anledning av säkerhetskänslig verksamhet. I steg 2 ges de anbudssökande som kvalificerat sig tillgång till komplett förfrågningsunderlag och inbjuds att lämna anbud. Tillgång till förfrågningsunderlaget planeras preliminärt att ske under oktober 2026. Planerad byggstart är april 2027 och färdigställande planeras till mars 2028.
