Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of property and liability insurance to the National Agricultural Support Centre in Bydgoszcz, described in detail in the ToR.
2. The proceedings have been prepared and will be carried out with the assistance of the insurance broker PWS Konstanta S.A., who, as an insurance intermediary, will also carry out tasks related to the implementation of the contract concluded.
3. Once the contract has been signed, the Contractor shall pay the broker a dust of the amount customarily accepted.
4. The contracting authority shall request the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and the contractor to indicate the subcontractors’ companies.
