Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment (purchase + transport + bringing). 2. The subject of the contract was divided into two lots: 1) Lot 1 – Supply of computer equipment to the Municipal Integrative Kindergarten No 8 and Municipal Kindergarten No 63 named after Janusz Korczak with Integration Branches a) Quantities and parameters of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot 1 are set out in Annex 1 to this Specification – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. b) The subject-matter of the contract in Lot 1 is carried out under the Project: “Together we can do more – support for Municipal Integrative Kindergarten No 8 and Municipal Kindergarten No 63 named after Janusz Korczak with Integr Branches” (c) The detailed terms of the contract include the draft provisions of the contract – constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. 2) Part 2 – Supply of computer equipment to Bytom Municipal Kindergartens Nos 33 and 58 a) Quantities and parameters of the subject-matter of the contract for Part 2 are set out in Annex 1 to this Specification – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. b) The subject-matter of the contract in Part 2 is carried out as part of the Project: “Trampoline for school success – support for the development of pre-primary education in Bytom Municipal Kindergartens Nos 33 and 58.” (c) The detailed terms of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract, which are attached as Annex 5 to the FTZ. 3. The delivered subject of the contract in Parts 1 and 2 must be brand new, unused, free from defects, originally packed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with instructions in Polish (if applicable), complying with applicable standards and legal regulations, with particular emphasis on health and safety and environmental protection provisions, having the required attestations, certificates, licenses, CE marking, respectively. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to provide 24 months of guarantees and warranties for the delivered subject of the contract, calculated from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract, under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract. 5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both parts of the procedure.
