‘Construction supervision during the implementation of the construction works for the construction and equipping of a new building intended for a primary school with an underground garage in Regulated Area I, ‘for school, TA and PG’, 20b according to the plan of the City of Sofia, Studentski District.’
The subject of this public contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the meaning of Article 166(1) of the Spatial Development Act, when carrying out construction and installation works on a site implemented by the Student District of Sofia. The mandatory scope of the service, regulated in Article 168(1) of the Spatial Development Act, includes the activities for which the person exercising construction supervision is responsible: lawful commencement of construction; completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during construction; execution of the construction site in accordance with the approved design and the requirements for execution of the construction, in accordance with the regulations and technical specifications for fire safety, environmental protection during construction; compliance with health and safety requirements in construction; quality of the used construction materials and products and their compliance with safety standards; prevent damage to third parties and property as a result of construction; the assessment of accessibility of the construction by persons with disabilities; suitability of the construction for commissioning.
