The object of the acquisition is to install a loan-return machine in the table furniture for library material to be borrowed and returned in the library space. Primarily, the machine is purchased only as a lending machine, but the machine must also have the possibility of a function for the return of the material. The City of Vantaa will acquire the loan-return machine equipment for its own purchase, and in addition, the acquisition will cover continuous services related to the loan-return machine as well as maintenance and upkeep services in accordance with the tender specifications.
