The performance of the operation and management of the recycling centres comprises the following sub-services: - operation of the recycling yards with employees of the contractor in the form to fulfil all tasks such as taking over all waste, acceptance control and collection of fees (in accordance with the waste disposal and waste fee regulations in conjunction with the cash agreement in the currently valid version of the AG), - acceptance of the more defined types of waste and instruction of the suppliers or assistance for the proper transfer of the waste, - provision of the necessary containers (see Table 6) for the acceptance of the waste and the means of transport for the necessary transport of the waste at the recycling yard and from there to the disposal facilities, - management or maintenance of the recycling yards (e.g. cleaning, winter service), in particular ensuring order, cleanliness and safety on the WSH, - collection of fees on behalf of the AG in the event of acceptance of certain waste and the provision and sale of big bags for asbestos-containing construction materials and insulation material as well as LPE disposal bags, - preparation of the transport of waste for recovery/disposal as well as transport and recovery/disposal of defined types of waste, - acknowledgement and documentation of the quantities of waste delivered separately by type of waste, - keeping an operating diary with, among other things, up-to-date documentation of any individual evidence of the working group on the handling of certain types of waste, suppliers or in connection with other operational matters of the WSH (including special incidents (havaries, fires, accidents), operational disruptions and their causes as well as measures initiated, operating regulations, registers of accepted and delivered waste, type and scope of maintenance, maintenance and repair work), - digital register keeping and monthly and annual (summary) reporting to the working group, - reporting of the overall overview of all accepted types of waste including waste code numbers and quantities of the previous year to the working group by 31 March of the following year.
