Description

1. The order is divided into 2 (two) lots. 2. The subject of the contract is: a) Applicable to part 1 of the procedure "Supply of 17 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 6 persons detained under the basic contract with the option of increasing the order to 5 items": − Delivery of 17 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 6 persons detained as part of the basic order; − Delivery of up to 5 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 6 persons detained under an option contract. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Contracting Authority, as part of part 1 of the procedure, is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ. (b) It concerns part 2 of the procedure ‘Supply of 18 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 4 persons detained under the basic contract with the option of increasing the contract to 9 items’: − Delivery of 18 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 4 persons detained as part of the basic order; − Delivery of up to 9 marked vehicles adapted for the transport of 4 persons detained under a contract covered by the right of option. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Contracting Authority, as part of part 2 of the procedure, is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ. 3. For both parts of the procedure, in order to confirm the conformity of the offered supply with the required characteristics or criteria set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract and the criteria for the evaluation of the tenders, the contracting authority shall request the submission with the tender of a sample EC certificate of conformity or a sample certificate of conformity or an equivalent type-approval document for the base vehicle.
