Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of diesel fuel to diesel locomotives at the Rzeszów (city) or no more than 20 km from the administrative borders of the city of Rzeszów. The supply of diesel oil to diesel locomotives should take place in a manner and place that complies with the provisions of general application, in particular the Energy Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 220, as amended) and with the Regulation of the Minister for Economic Affairs of 21 November 2005 on the technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, long-distance pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Journal of Laws 2014, item 1853, as amended). The place of delivery must be within the administrative boundaries of the city of Rzeszów or not more than 20 km from the administrative borders of the city of Rzeszów.
