Description

The construction and equipment of the Workshops for the Diagnostics of Materials and Equipment at the Machinery and Circuit Systems Laboratory of the Oceanotechnics and Shipbuilding Department as part of the project ‘Creation of modern technical infrastructure for the implementation of the training programme for Future Engineers at the Gdańsk University of Technology’.
2. The contract consists of 16 lots:
1. A student welding/assembly station and equipment 1 set.
According to Annex 2 to the ToR:
(1) Universal welding machine for welding by SAW (121) with the possibility to work with the head of the MIG/
Mag – 1 piece
(2) MIG/MAG welding equipment containing also MMA and TIG- LiveTig DC methods – 2 pieces
(3) MIG/MAG welding equipment containing also MMA and TIG-LiveTig DC methods
equipped with a small, mobile MIG/MAG welding tractor – 1 piece
(4) Manual and machine tools for cutting metals up to 45 mm thick and for plasma groves – 1 piece
(5) TIG DC DC and AC welding machine allowing also MMA welding – 1 piece
(6) Welding facet for uses: TIG, MIG/MAG,MMA and automatic dimming/gas welding/cut – 8 pieces
2. Electrical point-cooker with mechanical pressure. In accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1
3. Machining workstation – 1 set. According to Annex 2 to the ToR:
(1) Universal vertical head-operated ferry – 1 piece
(2) Strip comma for metal – 1 piece.
4. Welding simulator – training station According to Annex 2 to the ToR 1
5. 5 Axle trap CNC According to Annex 2 to the ToR 1.
6. CNC machine with programmable axis C and powered tools According to Annex 2 to the ToR 1.
7. CNC grinder to planes In accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1
8. CNC apparatus for electro-discharge wire cutting In accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1.
9. Industrial robot in accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1
10. Measuring machine CNC in accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1
11. Phased Array +TOFD ultrasonic defectoscope According to Annex 2 to the SIWZ 1
12. UT-pulse + PA digital ultrasonic fluoroscope According to Annex 2 to the ToR 1
13. Leak test kit According to Annex 2 to SIWZ 1 set
14. NDT non-destructive test standards (PT, MT, RT, UT) According to Annex 2 to SIWZ 1 set
15. Equipment for the Faculty of Oceanotechnics and Shipbuilding – 1 set. In accordance with Annex 2 to
TOR:
(1) universal lathe with instrumentation and tools – 1 piece
(2) universal armour with instrumentation and tools – 1 piece
(3) pole drill (column) – 1 piece
16. Semi-automatic welding machine In accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR 1
