By means of this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority aims to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and endpoint security services for an initial period of three (3) years. A procuring entity shall have a one-sided, optional renewal option of seven (7) times one (1) year. Scope This contract is not subdivided into lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and will result in exclusion from further participation in the procurement procedure. The present contract has a budget consisting of: 1. € 28.000,00 excluding VAT for one-off costs. 2. € 14.000,00 excluding VAT per month thus € 168.000,00 excluding VAT per year. Please note: • This budget also serves as a price cap.
