La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP).
Groupement de commande Metz Métropole (coordonnateur du groupement) et ville de Metz.
La consultation est passée dans le respect des dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-4 à 2123-7 du code de la commande publique, selon une procédure adaptée ouverte avec négociation éventuelle, librement définie par le pouvoir adjudicateur.
Accord-cadre mixte: à bons de commande pour des prestations inscrites dans le BPU joint et avec marchés subséquents pour des prestations non référencées.
