Description

This consultation is carried out under the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, in accordance with the provisions of Article 74 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. In accordance with Articles 78-II- 3o and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, consultation will give rise to a framework agreement for the issue of order forms without a minimum or maximum. The estimated amount of the contract is EUR 200 000 net of tax per lot per year. The contracting entity will examine the applications and appoint the candidates invited to tender and send them the consultation file. This contract concerns extension, renewal and repair work on water and sewerage networks. It is divided into 5 geographical lots. It shall apply only to operations where work does not exceed EUR 150 000 net of tax per operation.
