Belgium-Poperinge: Financial and insurance services
By means of this public contract, the City of Poperinge wishes to conclude various insurance contracts for the City, the CPAS and the AGB. The contracting authority ‘Stad Poperinge’ has been given the power of delegation by the CPAS and the AGB De Kouter to carry out the procedure in the form of a combined contract in accordance with Article 38 of the 15.6.2006 Act on public contracts and certain works, supply and service contracts.
This contract is reserved for approved insurers, either through brokers or directly.
The contract is divided into the following lots:
1. lot 1: for material damage:
— place of supply: Poperinge;
— explanatory notes: this lot includes:
• fire and associated hazards (city, OCMW and AGB),
• all risks to works of art (city and OCMW),
• all risks of electronics (city, OCMW and AGB);
2. lot 2: motor vehicles:
— place of supply: Poperinge;
— explanatory notes: this lot includes:
• BA – legal aid – omnium (city, OCMW and AGB),
• omnium service movements (city, OCMW and AGB);
3. lot 3: accidents at work:
— place of supply: Poperinge;
— explanatory notes: this lot includes:
• urban accidents at work,
• mayor and creator accidents,
• accidents at work OCMW,
• accidents at work AGB;
4. lot 4: civil liability and physical accidents:
— place of supply: Poperinge;
— explanatory notes: this lot includes:
• general civil liability and legal aid,
• general civil liability and legal aid OCMW,
• general civil liability and legal aid AGB,
• civil liability of local agents in the city,
• civil liability of local agents OCMW,
• directors’ liability AGB De Kouter,
• civil liability for private life refugees OCMW,
• strict liability in the event of fire or explosion (city, CPAS and AGB),
• civil liability and physical accidents in playground, Popsjot and out-of-school childcare services (town),
• damage caused by accident, illness and contamination in the framework of the organised volunteers (CPAS),
• school accidents Arts Academy (city).
