This consultation is launched by the support establishment of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Drôme Ardèche Vercors in accordance with the provisions of Article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. --- The operation includes an extension of the hospital capacity from 12 beds to 16 beds as well as a general upgrade of the premises. The service entrusted to the contractor is a set of tasks falling within the basic mission: - DIAG diagnostic studies - ESQ sketch studies - APS APD pre-project studies - PRO project studies - assistance given to the contracting authority for the award of ACT public works contracts - the Directorate for the execution of DET public works contracts - assistance given to the contracting authority during acceptance operations and during the AOR/GPA guarantee period of perfect completion - Examination of the conformity with the project of the execution studies and their endorsement when they have been made by an economic operator in charge of the works and the execution studies when they are made by the supervisor.
