Description

Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej (projekt budowlany i wykonawczy) wraz z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia na realizację prac dla budowy następujących zadań:
Pakiet I: Czerwonak – kanalizacja sanitarna dla terenu projektowanej zabudowy jednorodzinnej w Bolechowie Osiedlu,
Pakiet II: Czerwonak – sieć wodociągowa w rejonie ulicy Lecha oraz Czerwonak - kanalizacja sanitarna w rejonie ulicy Lecha.
wraz z uzyskaniem prawomocnych decyzji pozwolenia na budowę, przeniesieniem majątkowych praw autorskich oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w fazie realizacji robót wykonywanych na podstawie dokumentacji stanowiącej przedmiot zamówienia od dnia zawarcia umowy z Wykonawcą robót budowlanych do podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego tych robót.
