Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
1. zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia medycznego na potrzeby SOR o parametrach zgodnych z załącznikiem nr 4 do SIWZ:
— zadanie nr 1 – pompy infuzyjne – szt. 18 + 6 stacji dokujących,
— zadanie nr 2 – lampy operacyjne – szt. 4,
— zadanie nr 3 – aparaty do znieczulania – szt. 3
— zadanie nr 4 – ssaki próżniowe – szt. 2;
2. dostawa, instalacja, uruchomienie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu w stanie gotowym do użytkowania sprzętu i wyposażenia wymienionego powyżej.
