After conducting a negotiated procedure without prior announcement in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 14, point 3 of the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) and this notice, the municipality of Mark intends to enter into an agreement with Tietoevry AB (559435-9001) regarding support, maintenance and further development of the Procapita/Edlevo operating system. Ownership of the Procapita/Edlevo operating system is held by Tietoevry AB. Through the existing agreement with Tietoevry AB (559435-9001), the municipality has a non-exclusive perpetual right of use for the operational system and its agreed software products/modules.
