PL-Wrocław: meal-preparation services
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services for the preparation and delivery of preventive meals for staff and police officers of the National Police Headquarters in Miliczu.
The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of services for the preparation and delivery of preventive meals for staff and police officers:
Miliczu District Police Headquarters – 56-300 Milicz, ul. Kościuszki 4, 8472 meals for the duration of the contract.
The point of issue of preventive meals should be located as close as possible to the designated police unit/organisational unit, with a maximum distance not exceeding 3 km from the location of the above-mentioned organisational unit/office.
2. In the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be required to:
(a) preparing preventive meals according to the recipes of the Food and Food Institute with a content of approximately 1 000 kcal in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation of 25 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Journal Journal of Laws No 60, item 279 of 30 May 1996, § 2. 1) and in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25.8.2006 (codification: OJ Journal of Laws 2010, No 136, item 914) and the Act of 11.5.2001 on health conditions for food and nutrition (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2001, No 63, item 634 as amended);
b) delivery of meals every day (working days, Saturdays and Sundays) between 7:00 and 12:00. 18:00 on the basis of food vouchers stamped by the police unit and the date of the voucher (in words: day, month and year) with a legible signature of the issuer and the holder of the voucher.
