The purpose of this consultation is to draw up an action plan and carry out communication operations in the context of the 80 years of the CNRS. This consultation was carried out by the Paris Michel-Ange delegation at the request of the Communication Directorate (Dircom) of the CNRS. Single-contractor framework agreement performed as and when order forms are issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 on public contracts for all services. This Framework Agreement is separated in 2 phases:
