Description

The assignment concerns stand design and stand design. Monday 6 July 11:00 via Teams is the intelligence meeting via Teams. Sign up via Mercell to receive the Teamslink. The contract includes, but is not limited to: • the development of new stand designs and the further development of existing concepts, appropriate within the strategic positioning of the Client as an employer and knowledge partner; • translating communication objectives and event-specific needs into functional, spatial and technically feasible stand concepts; • the rental, production and/or production of stand elements (for setting up a presentation space) and graphical expressions; • supplying, transporting, constructing, dismantling and furnishing stands* or presentation rooms at a variety of locations, including large exhibition venues, external event venues and occasional defence venues; • the provision of all related (technical) facilities, including structural elements, lighting, audiovisual equipment, electricity and water supplies, furniture and decorative elements; • the storage, management and maintenance of stand materials owned by the Client; • managing a Client's Image Bank. • registering, administering and reporting on the current stock and use of materials; • actively advising the Client on optimisation, sustainability, reuse and cost control throughout the life cycle of the stand materials; • delivering tailor-made solutions per Event within the framework of the ROK, in which flexibility and timely implementation are essential. *) existing stand designs, further developed stand designs or completely new stand designs.
