Description

The Regional Delegation of New Aquitaine in Bordeaux brings together training rooms and their support spaces, as well as tertiary spaces (essentially composed of partitioned offices). This building complex delivered in 2006 has an approximate surface area of 4,600 m2 divided into two wings and four levels. Following several investigation campaigns conducted by the CNFPT, including energy audits, a scenario of interventions has been proposed to solve the various disorders found on the building and meet the requests for energy optimizations of the tertiary decree.
