Description

1. The contract concerns: rental service and operation of equipment for the fragmentation and transfer of mixed municipal waste under code 20 03 01 at the municipal waste disposal plant in Olsztyn (hereinafter: ZUOK), ul. Lubelska 53, Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province, and then ensuring that the contractor receives and manages the subsit fraction 0-60 mm (code 19 12 12).
2. The contractor will manage the 0-60 mm fraction (code 19 12 12) in accordance with the provisions in force, in particular the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. The transmission fraction > 60 mm (code 19 12 12) acquired during the performance of the service will be self-deployed by the Contracting Authority.
