Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the supply of laboratory furniture and shelves, a laboratory table and fume cupboard (3 units) to the destination – building 27 on the contracting authority’s premises in Chropyn, where a new laboratory centre will be located. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the following documents:
(a) Annex 3 to the tender specifications consisting of the project documentation of the subject-matter of the contract;
(b) the mandatory model contract for works annexed to the tender specifications. The contract is awarded outside the scheme of Act No 137/2006 on public procurement, as amended, and in accordance with the rules for the selection of contractors ref. MPO 33321/15/61100, in the context of the project ‘Enlargement of the existing development and research centre to the Chropyni site’ co-financed by the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness, Potential Programme, Call I, project registration number: CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/15_002/0001484.
