Предметът на обществената поръчка е приготвяне на храна за пациенти, настанени по клинични пътеки по НЗОК и пациенти по НОИ, експлоатация и поддръжка на кухненски блок на територията на СБР ”Марикостиново” ЕООД. В зависимост от дейността на лечебното заведение при ежедневното приготвяне на храната за пациентите се ползват диетите, посочени в документацията за участие. Прогнозно количество хранодни за срока на поръчката: за пациенти, настанени по клинични пътеки по НЗОК - 40000 хранодни, при трикратно хранене на ден; за пациенти по НОИ - 8000 хранодни, при трикратно хранене на ден
