Description

The object of the contract is the design and execution of SE Găvojdia (pt. 2120 LE), SE Chizatu-Belint (pt. 2189 LE), conf. Tasks notebook. The objective of the contract is to improve wastewater treatment services in Gavojdia and Belinţ agglomerations. The purpose of the execution of the SE shall be to: ensuring the treatment of waste water from the two agglomerations; the SE effluent complies with NTPA 011/2002 for sensitive areas; treatment of sludge resulting from the treatment of waste water for further recovery; improving the safety of the operation of the SE; automation of treatment processes. The contract for the design and execution of SE includes: Design activities - Technical Execution Project for SE, which will include all the necessary documents according to the legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain permits and authorizations; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining the necessary authorizations and opinions; demolition works where appropriate; construction works; supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; testing and commissioning; monitoring the functioning of the SE; remedying any defects occurring during the Warranty Period; training of the staff of the Beneficiary. The contract remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled by the parties. The duration of the contract shall consist of: the design period which is 6 months from the start date, notified in the start order, followed by the execution period of the works which is 18 months, plus the guarantee period which is at least 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report at the end of the works. The deadline by which economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is: 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Entity shall set two deadlines by which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification, as follows: - first term: on the 28th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders, the EC will respond to requests submitted by the 38th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders; - second/last deadline: on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders, the EC responds to requests submitted up to the 21st day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to the requests for clarifications addressed by the economic operators by the established deadline, namely 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
