Description

La présente consultation concerne les prestations de surveillance diurne et nocturne des piscines de Villeurbanne. Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1 et 2 et R. 2124-1 et 2 du code de la commande publique:
— lot 1: surveillance diurne des piscines de Villeurbanne;
— lot 2: surveillance nocturne des piscines de Villeurbanne.
Les marchés à conclure sont des accords-cadres exécutés par émission de bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-1 à 6 et R. 2162-13 et 14 du code de la commande publique, conclus sans montant minimal ni maximal. À titre indicatif, les consommations sur les années 2018 et 2019 sont les suivantes:
— surveillance diurne: 30 689,82 EUR HT en 2018; 33 882,36 EUR HT en 2019;
— surveillance nocturne: 4 049,16 EUR HT en 2018; 4 197,74 EUR HT en 2019.
Durée initiale: un an reconductible trois fois.
