Description

Norfolk County Council was aiming to secure a support provider for homeless young people in Norwich, based in a newly built property.
The programme is a joint project between all Norfolk local authorities. Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), Norfolk Constabulary, Norfolk Youth Offending Team, Norfolk's Community Safety team and the Probation Service who together formed a Commisioning Body (CB) to oversee the programme.
