Description

To support the transformation of La Poste’s Branche Services-Courrier-Colis (BSCC) into new service activities, DSI BSCC wishes to set up a pool of service providers to support it in its implementation of targeted information systems. The services include the development of business bases and projects for all functional areas. The scope of the consultation must cover the need for developments over the next 5 years. Technological know-how with very high added value is expected. The developments will be carried out using conventional (V-cycles) or agile methods. This consultation consists of 6 lots, described below (II.2). Each lot will be contracted in the form of framework agreements with several operators. For each of the lots, the services may take place on La Poste’s sites in metropolitan France or remotely on the contractor’s site.
